Ingredients:
- 1 cup bud-butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
